Committee
As a volunteer organisation, Stagecraft relies on the efforts of its members to put on plays, maintain the venue and manage the affairs of the society.
Every year, at the Annual General Meeting, the society elects a management committee made up of the separately elected officers of the society, and up to nine members who take part in the decision-making and who have their own areas of responsibility. This committee takes overall responsibility for organising the affairs of the society.
Stagecraft's financial year runs from 1 January to 31 December, with the AGM usually held in March. The committee year runs from AGM to AGM.
